Commissions

Commissions are pieces of jewellery that are made specially just for you. I will discuss every detail of design with you so that we arrive at something you fall in love with and will be the ideal gift or accessory for a special occasion. In the past I have made a special butterfly, bangle, earring and necklace set using some beautiful lace for a big birthday and then a stunning oak leaf bracelet and necklace for a wedding anniversary. Some of my leaf ranges started out with me making a single bespoke leaf for an order like a beech leaf necklace and earrings and some maple leaf earrings and I then fall in love with the leaf and go on to develop a range of leaves. I will often but not always make a few pieces for you to choose the one you love the most. No two designs are ever the same.

In the past I have worked with customers to develop designs they have had like a penguin necklace as a Christmas present or helping them develop their ideas into something that can be made in silver. I have made many rings to order especially for people with very large or very small fingers. At the moment I am working on a house broach, which will be of some ones beautiful home.

I also offer you the opportunity for you to come to my studio and be part of the creative process where you can texture the silver and then I continue with the more skilled parts of making the gifts.
